Return and Refund Policy

Since Adyapanaya.lk offers digital educational services (such as online classes, Zoom sessions, recorded video lessons, and downloadable notes), all purchases are considered final.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Class access purchases
• Downloadable materials (PDFs, videos)
• Payment errors made by the customer

However, in case of technical issues or payment errors, students can contact us within 24 hours of payment with valid proof (such as a payment slip). Refunds or class access corrections will be handled case-by-case.
